Dear FIDAF members,

My heartfelt greetings to all of you.

I am Dongsoon An, newly appointed as a Secretary General of FIDAF.

As all of you know, this year marks the historic milestone of the 10th anniversary of FIDAF. It is a great honor to assume the role of FIDAF's new Secretary General, which gives me a grave responsibility.

FIDAF was founded for promoting friendship and cultural development through exchanges among dance festivals around the world, and has grown into an organization with more than 80 countries. Thanks to all FIDAF member’s commitment and dedication, I feel very proud and exhilarated to see dance festivals around the world interacting with each other.

As the new secretary general, I will make every effort to advance FIDAF further as a better venue of communication and exchange through folk dances.

I hopefully look forward to your boundless cooperation in this great quest. Let’s move forward together with pride and confidence.
